📋 Description
- • As the Enterprise Deal Desk Lead at Lovable Labs Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling our sales-led motion to effectively serve the world's largest enterprises. This is a strategic position where you will act as the essential "connective tissue" between our Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams, ensuring seamless and efficient deal execution.
- • Your responsibilities extend far beyond simply approving discounts. You will be the primary architect of complex deal structures, collaborating closely with our sales, legal, and finance departments. Your overarching goal is to significantly accelerate deal velocity while simultaneously ensuring that our largest and most critical contracts are robust, scalable, and ultimately successful for both Lovable Labs and our enterprise clients.
- • You will partner directly with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) to meticulously craft commercial structures for complex deals. This includes developing strategies for multi-year agreements, ramp deals, and innovative consumption-based models, all while ensuring these structures precisely align with the unique needs of our enterprise customers and the strategic objectives of Lovable Labs.
- • A significant part of your role will involve process optimization. You will be responsible for designing, refining, and streamlining internal sales policies, establishing clear pricing guidelines, and optimizing contract review and approval workflows. A key focus will be on ensuring that all non-standard terms are meticulously documented, appropriately approved by all necessary stakeholders, and are fully capable of being operationalized without friction.
- • You will serve as the primary liaison and orchestrator across multiple critical departments. This involves acting as the central point of contact between the Sales team and key stakeholders in Legal, Finance, Security, and Product. Your efforts will be crucial in streamlining the redlining and approval processes for contracts, including navigating complex security reviews, to ensure timely and efficient deal closure.
- • You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our SaaS and Consumption business models, providing insights and guidance to the sales team and other departments. This expertise will be vital in structuring deals that are both commercially viable and strategically aligned with our product offerings.
- • You will contribute to the development and enforcement of pricing strategies and discount policies, ensuring consistency and profitability across enterprise deals. This includes analyzing deal profitability and providing recommendations for improvement.
- • You will proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with complex enterprise deals, working collaboratively with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance and protect the company's interests.
- • You will be responsible for managing and improving the tools and systems used for deal structuring and approval, including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools and other relevant sales enablement technologies.
- • You will act as a trusted advisor to the Enterprise Sales team, providing expert guidance on deal structure, pricing, and contractual terms to help them close larger and more complex opportunities.
- • Your role will involve continuous learning and staying abreast of industry best practices in enterprise sales operations, deal desk management, and SaaS commercial models.
- • You will contribute to the development of training materials and best practices for the sales team regarding deal structuring and approval processes.
- • You will be a key player in ensuring that our sales processes are scalable and can support the rapid growth of Lovable Labs, particularly within the enterprise segment.
- • You will foster a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to enterprise sales.
- • You will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of deal documentation, ensuring all agreements are properly recorded and accessible.
- • You will analyze historical deal data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- • You will contribute to the financial forecasting and revenue recognition processes by providing accurate and timely deal information.
- • You will champion best practices in deal management, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the entire sales cycle for enterprise clients.
