- • Gigaenergy Inc. is at the forefront of developing, building, and operating AI energy infrastructure, fundamentally transforming the energy landscape to power the modern world. Our mission is to permanently resolve the inefficiencies and complexities within the existing energy infrastructure experience. We achieve this through a vertically integrated model that encompasses site origination and development, in-house infrastructure manufacturing, and strategic power market participation, all managed under a unified operating system. Founded in Texas, Gigaenergy collaborates with AI hyperscalers, data center operators, and other energy infrastructure teams to accelerate project delivery.
- • As an Enterprise Development Manager at Gigaenergy, you will be instrumental in constructing the commercial engine that will drive the next generation of energy infrastructure, spanning AI data centers, utility-scale power, and beyond. The company possesses a robust product offering, a promising pipeline, and significant ambition. What is needed now is a visionary leader to build and manage the outbound sales development function, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality conversations at the top of the sales funnel.
- • This is a unique opportunity to build Gigaenergy's Sales Development Representative (SDR) function from its inception. Unlike roles that involve optimizing existing teams, this position requires you to design the entire playbook, recruit and onboard the team, establish operational cadences, and engineer a powerful pipeline generation engine capable of fueling multi-million-dollar enterprise deals within the Data Center Industry and beyond.
- • You will assume full ownership of the strategy, the team, and the critical pipeline generation targets. Collaborating closely with sales leadership, you will define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), meticulously craft outbound sequences, establish rigorous qualification frameworks, and create a repeatable, scalable process for pipeline generation.
- • The target audience for your efforts includes leading hyperscalers, prominent data center developers, major utilities, and C-suite decision-makers within some of the world's largest corporations. Consequently, the standard for quality, messaging, and business acumen must be exceptionally high.
- • This role is ideally suited for an individual who has prior experience building and leading outbound sales development teams. You are a frontline leader who possesses a clear understanding of what constitutes high performance and is eager to replicate that success at a company with a massive market opportunity and a rapid operational pace.
- • If you are energized by the prospect of creating something substantial from the ground up, and by coaching a team to achieve performance levels they previously thought unattainable, this position offers precisely that challenge and reward.
- • Your responsibilities will include building and leading the SDR team, encompassing recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of a high-performing group of enterprise SDRs. This team will be focused on outbound pipeline generation across Gigaenergy's diverse business units: AI data centers, energy infrastructure, and power markets.
- • You will be accountable for meeting and exceeding pipeline targets, setting and delivering against monthly and quarterly qualified pipeline goals that directly contribute to the enterprise sales team's revenue objectives.
- • You will also manage all inbound lead activity, including phone and email inquiries, ensuring efficient triaging, qualification, and routing of leads to the appropriate Account Executives.
- • Developing and owning the inbound Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework is crucial, establishing clear response time standards and quality benchmarks for all inbound communications, and ensuring consistent execution and accountability across the SDR team.
- • A significant part of your role will involve coaching and developing the SDRs through daily stand-ups, weekly one-on-one meetings, call reviews, and pipeline sessions. These activities are designed to enhance skills, drive accountability, and elevate the quality of every prospect interaction, setting and maintaining a high standard of performance.
- • Close partnership with sales leadership is essential. You will work hand-in-hand with enterprise Account Executives and sales management to ensure seamless alignment on ICP, qualification criteria, the lead handoff process, and to establish robust feedback loops between SDR activities and ultimate deal outcomes.
- • You will build and manage the necessary technology stack and reporting infrastructure, implementing and optimizing the tools, workflows, and dashboards required for a data-driven SDR operation. This includes CRM hygiene, activity tracking, conversion metrics, and pipeline attribution.
- • Crafting compelling messaging and positioning for outbound campaigns will be a key task, requiring collaboration with marketing and sales teams to develop market-specific outreach that resonates with C-suite and VP-level buyers at target organizations.
- • Continuous iteration and scaling of the outbound motion are expected. You will be responsible for testing, measuring, and refining strategies based on data and results, ensuring that successful approaches at a smaller team size are ready to scale to 10+ SDRs.
- • Finally, you will serve as the internal voice of the market, surfacing insights derived from thousands of prospect conversations to inform product positioning, competitive strategy, and broader go-to-market decisions.
- • This role is based in our Houston office, with a requirement for full-time in-office presence, except for bi-weekly Work-From-Home Fridays. Employees are also afforded up to 4 weeks of remote work per year. The emphasis on being onsite stems from the critical importance of velocity in building physical infrastructure, where real-time problem-solving with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance leaders is paramount to outmaneuvering a traditionally slow-moving industry.
