- • Lead enterprise-level financial planning and analysis for Iron Mountain, driving strategic decision-making for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
- • Direct monthly, annual, and multi-year planning processes, consolidate business unit plans, and manage cost center forecasts to support CEO and executive reporting.
- • Develop and deliver high-stakes financial presentations for the Finance Committee and Board, support Investor Relations through earnings call preparation and analyst inquiry management.
- • Oversee foreign exchange impact analysis, conduct discounted cash flow modeling for capital allocation, and ensure accuracy in REIT asset and goodwill impairment testing.
- • Join a Global Finance team at a purpose-driven organization that partners with 225,000 global customers to preserve data, manage information lifecycle, and promote sustainable business practices.
- • Gain exposure to enterprise-scale financial strategy, lead a small team of analysts, and advance expertise in strategic finance within a complex, multinational corporation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–8 years of professional experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a related domain.
- • Strong technical expertise in enterprise-level forecasting, discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, and managing foreign exchange (FX) impacts.
- • Proven ability in executive communication and stakeholder management, with capacity to operate autonomously and lead a small team of analysts.
- • Advanced degree or certification preferred: MBA is advantageous, alongside a track record supporting external financial reporting.
