📋 Description

• • Senior Director of Financial Operations at Kraken, responsible for leading a coordinated finance operations transformation spanning people, process, and automation with direct accountability for outcomes across the Finance function.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the Product–Finance operating model, defining and maintaining KPIs and reporting infrastructure, identifying and implementing automation across AP, AR, Payroll, Tax, and close workflows, coordinating with FinSys and Engineering teams, and executing hands-on improvements with a lean team.
