- • As the Enterprise GTM Lead at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will own the revenue engine for North America, driving pipeline generation, deal execution, and team performance in a high-growth AI infrastructure company.
- • You will build, lead, and coach a quota-carrying sales team while also carrying your own quota, acting as both a player and coach to hit regional revenue targets.
- • You will partner with CEO and GTM leadership to refine ideal customer profiles, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, while developing strategic accounts and channel partnerships across key verticals.
- • You will represent HappyRobot at industry events, in executive customer conversations, and in the field, feeding market insights back to Product and Marketing to sharpen the roadmap and positioning.
- • You will maintain accurate forecasting and clean pipeline hygiene in CRM, ensuring data integrity and accountability in all sales operations.
- • You will work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where extreme ownership, craftsmanship, and first-principles thinking are core to how the team operates and wins.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- • At least 2 years managing quota-carrying reps or leading a regional sales team
- • Proven experience selling into enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- • Hands-on familiarity with AI, automation, or workflow software, enabling technical conversations
- • Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding regional revenue targets in fast-growth environments
- • Builder mentality with experience in startups or scaled-up organizations where the playbook did not exist
