- • As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant in the Public Sector at Samsara, you will be a trusted advisor guiding large government customers through the deployment and adoption of IoT solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.
- • You will manage end-to-end implementations for K12 schools, departments of transportation, public works, fire departments, and other public sector entities, creating launch plans, tracking adoption, running training sessions, and ensuring time-to-value while juggling multiple engagements.
- • You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams, gaining exposure to multiple facets of a fast-growing, publicly traded IoT company shaping the future of physical operations.
- • You will develop deep expertise in the Samsara platform, strengthen consultative and communication skills, and have autonomy to grow your career in a high-visibility role within a mission-driven organization committed to innovation and inclusion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting, with enterprise SaaS experience preferred
- • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
- • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executives and end-users, with strong consultative and interpersonal skills
