- • Enterprise Partner Manager role focused on building and scaling ClickUp’s partner motion across Northern Europe, driving partner-led revenue and customer impact through strategic recruitment, enablement, and joint go-to-market execution.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and activating new partners (consultancies, agencies, VARs, MSPs, system integrators), managing a focused partner portfolio, creating repeatable service offerings and GTM plays, leading joint business planning, coaching partners on sales motions, collaborating with direct sales and marketing teams, using data to refine partner strategy, and representing ClickUp externally in partner and customer engagements.
- • The role sits within ClickUp’s global GTM organization, working closely with regional sales, solutions, and marketing teams in Northern Europe to align partner activity with field execution and expand the company’s ecosystem in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- • The person in this role will develop expertise in enterprise partner strategy, partner program scaling, joint business planning, and cross-functional GTM collaboration, while gaining deep exposure to AI-native workplace technology and influencing how ClickUp scales through its partner ecosystem in key European markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of channel, partnerships, or partner sales experience in enterprise software, ideally within SaaS
- • Strong track record recruiting, onboarding, and growing software-focused partners in Northern Europe
- • Experience building or evolving a partner motion where value includes both software revenue and partners’ services opportunity
- • Demonstrated success with partner recruitment, joint business planning, and partner-led pipeline generation
- • Ability to coach partners on positioning, selling, and expanding technology solutions in a disciplined, repeatable way
- • Strong cross-functional instincts and evidence of effective partnership with direct sales, solutions, marketing, and customer-facing teams
