- • As Tempo Labs Inc. continues its strategic expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Partnerships leader to spearhead our growth initiatives across Latin America. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who excels in building and scaling a regional partner ecosystem, from identifying and closing strategic deals to enabling partners through their entire lifecycle – from initial onboarding to sustained expansion. You will serve as the crucial commercial and technical liaison between Tempo and the enterprises we engage with, fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
- • This is a high-ownership position, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in the dynamic and often ambiguous environment of early-stage market development. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of transforming strategic relationships into tangible revenue streams and a deep understanding of the Latin American market landscape.
- • Key responsibilities will encompass owning Tempo's enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Latin America. This includes meticulous market prioritization, proactive partner sourcing, and the skillful execution of complex deals. You will be instrumental in leading commercial negotiations, structuring partnerships that foster mutual growth and align with Tempo's strategic objectives.
- • Building and nurturing deep, trusted relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders within partner organizations will be paramount. Your efforts will ensure seamless onboarding processes and cultivate long-term success and engagement for our partners.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our Product and Engineering teams. You will be responsible for translating partner needs and market feedback into actionable roadmap priorities, ensuring Tempo's offerings continuously evolve to meet market demands.
- • Furthermore, you will design, implement, and iterate on scalable enablement programs, comprehensive documentation, and effective support playbooks. These initiatives are crucial for empowering our partners and ensuring their success with Tempo's platform.
- • Identifying and capitalizing on integration and co-development opportunities will be key to expanding the Tempo ecosystem and unlocking new value propositions for our partners and their end-users.
- • You will also act as a key representative for Tempo at regional industry events, actively engaging within developer and enterprise communities to build brand awareness and foster strategic connections.
- • This role demands a proactive, self-directed individual with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, capable of driving success both within Tempo and across partner organizations. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and deliver measurable results will be essential.
