- • As an Enterprise Partnerships Manager at Oscilar, you will serve as the linchpin of the company’s OEM and reseller motion, responsible for opening new partner relationships and building deep operational partnerships that drive consistent, compounding revenue.
- • You will own and grow a portfolio of large enterprise partners, serving as the primary relationship owner and internal advocate, while building and executing joint business plans, driving partner-sourced revenue growth through co-sell motions, leading QBRs and executive engagements, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk to support partner success and GTM strategy.
- • Oscilar is building the most advanced AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform, trusted by banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations to manage fraud, credit, and compliance risk with AI. The company is mission-driven, composed of industry veterans from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent, united by the goal to make the digital world safer through extreme ownership, innovation, and impact.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in partner economics, co-sell dynamics, and channel strategy while scaling partnership programs in a high-growth environment. You will establish baseline partner health metrics, deliver measurable partner-sourced ARR growth within the first year, onboard and activate high-value reseller partners, and build a scalable foundation for Oscilar’s long-term partnerships motion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or enterprise account management in B2B SaaS
- • Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue within OEM or reseller models
- • Experience building and executing joint business plans and leading executive-level QBRs
