📋 Description

• Enterprise Partnerships Manager role focused on building and scaling ClickUp’s North America partner motion with emphasis on the West Coast region, driving revenue and customer impact through strategic partner relationships.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and activating new partners, managing a focused partner portfolio, creating repeatable service offerings and go-to-market plays, leading joint business planning, coaching partners on sales motions, collaborating with cross-functional GTM teams, using data to improve partner motions, and representing ClickUp externally.
• The role sits at the center of ClickUp’s partner ecosystem, working closely with direct sales, solutions, marketing, and other GTM teams to align partner activity with field execution and scale the company’s ecosystem.
• The person will achieve measurable growth in partner-led revenue, build structure around partner selection and enablement, strengthen collaboration between partner and field teams, and shape how ClickUp scales through partners at a key growth stage.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of channel, partnerships, or partner sales experience in enterprise software, ideally within SaaS.
• Strong track record recruiting, onboarding, and growing software-focused partners in North America.
• Experience building or evolving a partner motion where value includes both software revenue and partners’ services opportunity.
• Demonstrated success with partner recruitment, joint business planning, and partner-led pipeline generation.
• Ability to coach partners on how to position, sell, and expand a technology solution in a disciplined, repeatable way.
• Strong cross-functional instincts and evidence of effective partnership with direct sales, solutions, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
