  • • As the Enterprise Payment Verification Services (EPVS) Manager at Stewart Title Guaranty Company, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our payment verification processes across all business lines. This pivotal role involves leading a team of dedicated reviewers and verification specialists, meticulously managing their workloads, ensuring a robust segregation of duties, and identifying critical training needs to foster a high-performing unit. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of support provided, safeguarding the company's financial operations and reputation.
  • • You will be instrumental in providing sophisticated analytical support to drive operational excellence. This includes the continuous monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators such as exception rates, escalation trends, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). By diligently gathering and organizing data, you will assess the effectiveness of internal controls, track the progress of mitigation strategies, and ensure the timely completion of action plans, thereby reinforcing our commitment to risk management and compliance.
  • • A core responsibility of this position is to prepare comprehensive documentation for tracking, monitoring, and escalating risk-related issues to senior management. This involves clearly articulating potential vulnerabilities, proposed solutions, and the status of ongoing remediation efforts. You will serve as a key ambassador for the EPVS function, acting as the primary escalation point for any unresolved or high-risk items, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • • Adherence to standard procedures and guidelines is paramount. You will cultivate a deep understanding of enterprise risk, control frameworks, and audit expectations, ensuring that your team operates with the highest level of diligence and compliance. This role requires a keen awareness of how your team's assigned duties interrelate with other functions within the department and how the EPVS team integrates seamlessly with related departments to achieve overarching business objectives.
  • • You will be expected to recognize and solve typical problems encountered in payment verification processes, selecting appropriate solutions from established options.
