📋 Description

• As an Enterprise Product Manager, AI Solutions at OpenAI, you will identify, shape, and scale AI-enabled products and workflows for core enterprise functions, with an initial emphasis on Finance, translating operational pain points into practical AI solutions such as copilots, agentic workflows, data products, and system automations.
• You will partner with Finance, Enterprise Platforms Engineering, People, and other enterprise teams to define roadmaps, prioritize high-impact use cases, run structured experiments, drive delivery across technical and non-technical teams, and measure adoption and business value, turning fragmented tools, data, and processes into cohesive, secure, and reliable AI solutions.
• You will work hands-on with leading ERP, HCM, CRM, planning, ticketing, and data platforms (e.g., Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Databricks) and OpenAI’s internal products, ensuring solutions are grounded in data quality, controls, governance, and operational ownership while collaborating with security, legal, and risk teams on secure data onboarding and integration.
• You will own delivery across technically and organizationally complex initiatives, align requirements and dependencies, govern reviews, track adoption and impact through dashboards and user feedback, and iterate on product direction to drive scaled adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across product management, enterprise applications, business systems, or enterprise transformation with a track record of driving technology-enabled business outcomes in complex environments.
• Strong fluency in Finance processes and enterprise technology, with experience in areas such as quote-to-cash, revenue, billing, accounting, treasury, FP&A, or adjacent finance domains.
• Understanding of how enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, Databricks, Anaplan, or similar systems fit together to support core business operations and data flows.
• Experience leading the delivery of production AI, automation, or data products with natural consideration of governance, failure modes, usability, and operational adoption.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems, evaluate competing opportunities, and turn them into pragmatic roadmaps, pilot plans, and scaled implementations.
• Comfort working across APIs, integrations, identity, data access patterns, and workflow orchestration, and ability to partner effectively with engineers, architects, and data teams.
