📋 Description
- • Design, develop, and maintain highly complex, interactive dashboards and infographics using Power BI for enterprise financial and operational reporting
- • Independently build advanced financial and operational reports with a focus on accuracy, usability, and timely delivery
- • Drive reporting efficiency by automating, standardizing, and modernizing reporting processes and data visualization workflows
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance recurring reports and dashboards aligned with business needs
- • Lead end-to-end reporting lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation
- • Create innovative data visualization solutions that clearly communicate insights to support data-driven business decision-making
- • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication, trust, and consistent delivery excellence
- • Deliver high-quality, timely, and relevant reporting to support performance improvement initiatives across the organization
- • Mentor and cross-train junior consultants to support talent development and succession planning
- • Ensure data integrity across all reporting outputs by implementing systematic improvements and governance practices
- • Utilize Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas, data analysis, and automation techniques to support reporting and data validation
- • Apply business intelligence principles and Structured Query Language (SQL) to extract, transform, and analyze data for reporting purposes
- • Engage with Microsoft Fabric to enhance data pipelines and reporting capabilities, leveraging its integration with Power BI
- • Maintain compliance with organizational standards and policies while delivering scalable and sustainable reporting solutions
- • Work independently in a cross-functional environment to lead initiatives without direct supervision
- • Adhere to minimum technical requirements for remote work, including a dedicated private workspace, reliable internet (50 MB download / 5 MB upload), and provided company equipment (laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, mouse)
- • Receive monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset home internet costs as an eligible remote employee
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX)
- • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting automation)
- • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric (minimum 6 months experience)
- • Experience with data visualization, reporting automation, and BI tools
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a cross-functional environment
