- • As an Enterprise Retail Sales Manager at Elavon (a U.S. Bancorp subsidiary), you will drive new business sales within the Enterprise Retail vertical across the UK, focusing on key merchants and supporting growth in Europe.
- • You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and identifying new business opportunities to negotiating and closing high-value deals with enterprise merchants, then handing off to relationship managers.
- • You will collaborate with relationship managers, partnership teams, and senior enterprise executives to expand into new territories and build referral networks while navigating complex sales cycles.
- • You will be expected to achieve revenue targets, maintain high ethical standards as a Controlled Function role under Central Bank regulations, and represent Elavon’s value proposition with integrity and strategic influence.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets
- • 5+ years of sales experience selling payments and complex financial service solutions to large enterprise merchants in the UK
- • Demonstrated experience applying enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger) to manage complex deal cycles independently
- • Ability to build relationships with C-Suite executives and engage multiple stakeholders in decision-making processes
- • Native or fluent English speaker
- • High ethical standards, integrity, and authenticity to gain trust and confidence
