📋 Description

• • As the Enterprise Risk Management Lead at Stripe, you will establish, manage, and enhance the risk management framework for Stripe’s newly formed Georgia-chartered Merchant Acquiring Limited Purpose Bank (MALPB), reporting directly to the MALPB Chief Risk & Compliance Officer.
• • You will lead the implementation of enterprise risk strategies, oversee the annual enterprise risk cycle, develop governance and reporting for senior leadership and the Board, design risk monitoring programs, and partner with Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance, and Information Security to strengthen oversight.
• • You will join a deeply caring, mission-driven team at Stripe focused on protecting users and the financial ecosystem from crime while increasing the GDP of the internet through innovative financial infrastructure.
