- • As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Greenhouse Software, you will play a key role in driving pipeline and supporting the company’s mission to make every company great at hiring by identifying and nurturing opportunities within large enterprise accounts.
- • Day to day, you will drive pipeline through account prioritization and personalized outreach, partner 1:1 with Enterprise Account Executives to target key prospects, qualify leads by understanding hiring needs, conduct market research, and deliver a world-class prospect experience throughout the sales process.
- • Greenhouse is a remote-first company with offices in New York City and Ireland, known for its award-winning culture, commitment to inclusivity, transparency, and using its own hiring platform to build high-performing teams.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced sales skills, learn to leverage AI and sales technology strategically, build scalable outreach campaigns, and grow into a top performer through mentorship, feedback, and ownership of quota and account strategy.
