🎯 Requirements

  • • Previous experience as an inbound or outbound SDR, ideally in mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales environments, pipeline generation, qualification, and sales processes
  • • Proficiency in applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to drive deal execution and qualification
  • • Strong communication skills for writing thoughtful outreach and engaging senior stakeholders
  • • Emotional intelligence to build rapport and adapt conversations with technical and executive buyers
  • • Proactive, self-starting work style with ownership of results and consistent follow-up
  • • Based in Boston and willing to work from the office 3 days per week in a hybrid setup
