  • • As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative for the DACH region, you will drive new business by prospecting, executing strategic outbound campaigns, and generating excitement around DeepL’s AI-powered B2B solutions, playing a crucial role in building a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • • You will nurture and collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to develop and execute outbound strategies, take full ownership of your territory, engage key decision-makers via telephone, email, and LinkedIn, and ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and Salesloft while exceeding monthly targets.
  • • You will join a dynamic, collaborative team at DeepL, a global AI leader trusted by over 200,000 business customers, where innovation, growth, and well-being are central to the culture and mission of breaking down language barriers through intelligent technology.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise sales, master outbound engagement techniques, gain hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesloft, and grow your career in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment at the forefront of AI innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
  • • Minimum 6 months of successful sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Inside Sales, SDR, or BDR roles
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • • Active listening skills and natural curiosity to understand customer needs
