- • As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (EMEA) at Writer Inc., you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s market presence across Northern Europe by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value enterprise accounts in strategic sectors such as financial services, life sciences, retail, and consumer packaged goods. Your work will directly contribute to building a robust sales pipeline that fuels Writer’s mission to empower enterprises with trustworthy, AI-powered transformation.
- • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams in Marketing and Operations to design and execute targeted, multi-touch account-based campaigns that resonate with senior decision-makers. By conducting deep research into target accounts’ business initiatives, you will develop informed hypotheses of value that position Writer’s platform as a catalyst for innovation and operational efficiency.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactive outreach via email, phone, and social channels to engage ideal customer profiles, leveraging creativity and AI-enhanced tools to stand out in competitive inboxes. You will continuously refine your approach through experimentation, process optimization, and data-driven iteration, ensuring scalable and repeatable lead generation practices.
- • A key part of your role will involve maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, enabling seamless handoff to the sales team and providing critical insights for forecasting and strategy. You will book qualified meetings that advance opportunities through the sales cycle, directly impacting revenue generation and market penetration.
- • You will build strong, collaborative relationships with the Account Executives you support, as well as with Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders, fostering alignment and shared ownership of pipeline outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in enterprise sales motions within the fast-evolving generative AI landscape.

🎯 Requirements
- • Sales development experience in a B2B AI or SaaS company, with a proven track record of exceeding outbound pipeline generation goals in a startup or high-growth environment.
- • Demonstrated ability to research and engage marketing and go-to-market (GTM) personas within enterprise accounts, particularly in financial services, life sciences, retail, or CPG sectors.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a self-starter mindset, experimental approach, and proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance outreach and efficiency.
- • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with hands-on experience using Salesforce, GSuite, and AI-powered platforms to manage workflows and track performance.
- • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to continuous improvement, with a passion for staying ahead in the evolving enterprise AI market.
