- • Enterprise Sales Development Representative Manager role focused on building and scaling a high-performing SDR team across EMEA and the Americas to support HappyRobot AI’s mission of powering enterprise AI workforces.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and coaching SDRs; designing and iterating outbound playbooks by vertical and region; owning SDR performance metrics; partnering with Growth and Sales leadership on account prioritization and handoff processes; building enablement infrastructure like training materials and talk tracks; and getting hands-on with calls and messaging to lead by example.
- • HappyRobot AI is a Y Combinator-backed (S23) startup with over $60M in funding from a16z and Base10, providing AI infrastructure for enterprises to build autonomous workforces across voice, email, and enterprise systems, with proven success in logistics and expansion into finance, manufacturing, retail, and more.
- • In this role, you will build a scalable SDR function from the ground up, develop repeatable outbound motions for new verticals, significantly impact pipeline generation, and grow into a leadership position as the team expands globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years building and managing SDR/BDR teams in an enterprise sales motion selling into large enterprises
- • Track record of hiring, ramping, and coaching early-career sales reps
- • Experience building outbound playbooks from scratch — not just inheriting and optimizing existing ones
- • Hands-on coaching style: listening to calls, rewriting sequences, sitting with reps to work leads
- • Comfortable operating across time zones and managing a distributed team
- • Familiar with modern sales tech (Salesforce, Amplemarket, Unify, or similar sales engagement and intent signal tools)
