- • As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) at HappyRobot AI Inc., you will play a key role in driving company growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities in the enterprise AI space.
- • You will identify, research, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting, manage and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects in the CRM, collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies, conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and opportunities generated.
- • HappyRobot is a high-growth AI startup backed by a16z, Y Combinator, and Base10 with over $60M raised, providing infrastructure for enterprises to build and orchestrate AI workforces that make decisions, take action, and run operations autonomously across voice, email, and enterprise systems.
- • In this role, you will develop enterprise sales skills, gain deep exposure to cutting-edge AI technology, refine your outreach and communication strategies, and contribute directly to revenue generation in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment where ownership and initiative are rewarded.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in sales, business development, or a related role (preferably in tech)
- • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- • Experience with CRM tools
- • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player

- • Prior experience in SaaS or a tech startup is a plus
