  • • Serve as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on generating outbound pipeline for Nooks.AI’s AI-powered GTM platform.
  • • Prospect directly into sales leaders at enterprise B2B SaaS organizations using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn as primary channels.
  • • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to execute both bottom-up and top-down account strategies for penetrating large organizations.
  • • Build and refine outbound messaging across multiple prospecting channels to create groundswell and establish credibility with VP-level and department head stakeholders.
  • • Conduct account mapping to identify key decision-makers and influence paths within target enterprises.
  • • Run product trials with prospects to gain firsthand insight into the customer onboarding process and value delivery.
  • • Generate qualified pipeline by identifying pain points, aligning Nooks’ AI capabilities with sales team needs, and driving initial engagement.
  • • Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
  • • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in tracking outreach efforts, managing CRM data, and reporting on activity metrics.
  • • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities while managing concurrent prospecting campaigns and follow-ups.
  • • Contribute to team success through leadership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing with fellow SDRs and sales team members.
  • • Adapt quickly to feedback and iterate on messaging, targeting, and outreach tactics based on performance data and manager guidance.
  • • Represent Nooks.AI professionally in all external communications, embodying the company’s mission to 10x sellers through automation.
  • • Support the scaling of sales operations as the company triples ARR annually and expands its customer base, which includes Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of outbound sales experience selling into the sales leader persona
  • • Experience prospecting into enterprise B2B SaaS organizations
  • • Experience using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn as primary prospecting channels
  • • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • • Strong problem-solving, issue-resolution, and multi-tasking skills
  • • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with keen attention to detail
