- ⢠Serve as an early Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to establish and scale Aibidiaâs U.S. sales pipeline in New York.
- ⢠Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and personalized video outreach to engage enterprise tax and finance leaders.
- ⢠Utilize intent data, AI-powered outreach tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to craft problem-led messaging tailored to senior decision-makers including CFOs and Heads of Tax.
- ⢠Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline of qualified meetings for U.S.-based Account Executives, aligned with defined KPIs and prospecting playbooks.
- ⢠Become deeply knowledgeable about Aibidiaâs SaaS and services offerings, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and Key Buying Personas (KBPs) in the tax and transfer pricing space.
- ⢠Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product Marketing teams to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales opportunities.
- ⢠Act as the first point of contact for enterprise prospects, ensuring seamless handoffs to Account Executives with clear context and qualification.
- ⢠Contribute directly to shaping outbound strategy, messaging frameworks, and pipeline generation processes for North America as a founding U.S. SDR.
- ⢠Work within a modern go-to-market environment alongside cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine outreach tactics and improve conversion rates.
- ⢠Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records in Salesforce to track outreach activity, lead status, and pipeline progression.
- ⢠Participate in 3 office days per week in New York to foster collaboration, team alignment, and cultural integration.
- ⢠Pursue career progression into Senior SDR and future Account Executive roles through demonstrated performance and pipeline generation.
- ⢠Engage in creative cold outreach techniques including Loom video messages and other personalized methods to stand out in crowded enterprise markets.
- ⢠Leverage a strong LinkedIn presence to build credibility and initiate meaningful connections with enterprise tax and finance professionals.
- ⢠Contribute to the development of scalable prospecting playbooks that reflect U.S. market dynamics and buyer behavior.
- ⢠Support the companyâs U.S. expansion by embodying Aibidiaâs values and representing the brand to enterprise prospects across North America.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Prior SDR experience in an international-facing role
- ⢠Experience prospecting into enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- ⢠Strong and demonstrable ability to consistently generate qualified meetings and pipeline through disciplined outbound execution in the U.S.
- ⢠Comfortable working with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce
- ⢠Experience working with intent data, AI for outreach personalization, and closely with Marketing functions
- ⢠Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently and effectively engage CFOs, Heads of Tax, and other senior decision-makers
