- • Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Tenex’s AI-native MDR platform, from first-touch prospecting to signed multi-year contracts, consistently delivering ≥100 % of quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- • Map and penetrate Fortune 1000 and high-growth mid-market accounts across the Northeast and select verticals (financial services, healthcare, SaaS, retail), building a qualified pipeline 3× quota to ensure predictable growth.
- • Establish trusted-advisor relationships with CISOs, VPs of Security, SOC directors, and procurement leaders, translating complex threat-detection and response challenges into clear business value and ROI that accelerates executive-level buy-in.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional deal teams—Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, Channel Partners, Legal, and Customer Success—to craft tailored proposals, run deep-dive demos, and negotiate commercial terms that balance speed, risk, and long-term expansion.
- • Leverage MEDDIC or equivalent qualification methodology to diagnose power, pain, and economic drivers; maintain meticulous CRM hygiene in Salesforce to deliver accurate weekly forecasts and provide data-driven coaching to junior reps.
- • Co-sell with strategic MSSP, VAR, and advisory partners, enabling their sellers with battle cards, joint value propositions, and co-branded campaigns that extend Tenex’s reach into net-new logos and accelerate time-to-close.
- • Evangelize Tenex at RSA, Black Hat, regional ISSA chapters, and private CISO roundtables, capturing voice-of-customer insights that feed Product roadmap priorities and sharpen competitive positioning against legacy MSSPs and DIY SOC stacks.
- • Continuously refine territory strategy by analyzing win/loss data, market signals, and emerging compliance mandates (NYDFS, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) to identify whitespace opportunities and craft vertical-specific messaging that resonates with risk and audit stakeholders.
- • Mentor and up-level junior account executives through deal reviews, call shadowing, and objection-handling workshops, fostering a culture of curiosity, resilience, and customer-centric problem solving across the sales organization.
- • Travel up to 50 % across the tri-state area and nationally for high-value pursuits, balancing in-person relationship building with efficient virtual selling motions to maximize territory coverage and customer engagement.
