  • • We are building a category-defining cybersecurity platform, AQtive Guard, and are seeking exceptional Enterprise Sales Directors to spearhead its North American market entry. This is a unique opportunity to join the founding sales team of a high-growth company, operating with the agility and impact of a Series A startup, yet supported by the robust resources of a late-stage venture. As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will embody a 'player-coach' mentality, instrumental in defining our go-to-market strategy, securing pivotal enterprise accounts, and scaling a high-performing sales organization from its inception.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to own and aggressively drive new enterprise sales opportunities for AQtive Guard across the North American market. This involves meticulously building and managing a robust sales pipeline through strategic account planning, leveraging methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger Sale, and employing value-based selling techniques to articulate the unique benefits of our platform.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, working in close collaboration with our marketing, sales engineering, customer success, and product development teams. This cross-functional synergy is crucial for ensuring a cohesive and effective market approach.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve direct engagement with C-level executives, including CISOs, CIOs, and CTOs, as well as other key stakeholders within target enterprise organizations. You will be responsible for crafting compelling business cases, navigating intricate and lengthy buying cycles, and ultimately driving large, complex enterprise deals to successful closure.
  • • You will serve as a key ambassador for SandboxAQ, representing the company at prestigious industry events, hosting executive dinners, and conducting strategic customer briefings. Your ability to articulate our vision and value proposition will be critical in building brand awareness and trust.
  • • A vital component of this role is providing crucial, real-time feedback from the field to our product, engineering, and leadership teams. This input will directly influence our product roadmap, refine our market positioning, and ensure AQtive Guard remains at the cutting edge of cybersecurity innovation.
  • • As the sales function grows and revenue targets are met, you will take on the leadership responsibility of recruiting, coaching, and managing a high-performing North American sales team. This will include hiring and developing enterprise account executives and sales development representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • • You will work closely with global leadership to ensure consistency in sales processes, maintain forecasting accuracy, and achieve overall revenue targets, contributing to the company's global growth trajectory.
  • • This role demands a deep understanding of complex technical products and the ability to translate these into clear business value for C-level executives. You will leverage your extensive enterprise sales experience, particularly within Fortune 500 companies and highly regulated industries such as financial services, government, healthcare, and energy, to build credibility and drive adoption.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles (typically 12-18 months), demonstrating exceptional skills in driving urgency, articulating clear business outcomes, and negotiating effectively. Your executive presence, communication prowess, and negotiation skills will be paramount in navigating these challenging engagements.
  • • We are building a versatile sales force and have multiple openings. While we are specifically seeking Cybersecurity Sales Experts with deep domain knowledge, we are also open to high-caliber sales leaders from the broader SaaS ecosystem. If you have a demonstrated ability to navigate the C-suite and close complex software deals, even if you don't meet 100% of the technical cybersecurity requirements, we strongly encourage you to apply. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 10 years of progressive SaaS sales experience, with a strong preference for cybersecurity or AI solutions, consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • • Proven track record of successfully selling complex, technical products to C-level executives (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs) within Fortune 500 and regulated industries.
  • • Demonstrated experience as a 'player-coach,' capable of managing personal sales targets while simultaneously building, mentoring, and scaling sales teams.
  • • Exceptional ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles (12-18 months), driving urgency and delivering clear business outcomes.
  • • Strong network of executive-level security and IT decision-makers within target enterprise accounts.
  • • Excellent executive presence, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
