  • • As an Enterprise Sales Director for Germany within Semperis’ EMEA Central Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion in one of Europe’s most critical cybersecurity markets. Your leadership will directly contribute to Semperis’ mission of being a Force for Good by protecting organizations from identity-based cyber threats, ensuring business continuity, and safeguarding digital infrastructure across German enterprises.
  • • You will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle in your territory — from prospecting and lead qualification to closing complex enterprise deals — while building strategic relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and security decision-makers. Your day-to-day will involve proactive outreach, discovery calls, solution positioning, pipeline forecasting, and collaboration with marketing, SDRs, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape Semperis’ go-to-market strategy in Germany, mentor junior team members, and advance into broader regional or global leadership roles as the company scales.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of proven experience in enterprise cybersecurity or identity-related sales, with a track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex deals in large organizations.
  • • Demonstrated success selling into enterprise accounts in the DACH region, particularly Germany, with fluency in both German and English required for effective client and internal communication.
  • • Strong expertise in territory planning, account-based selling, and sales methodology execution, including the ability to build and manage strategic partner and channel alliances.
