- • As an Enterprise Sales Director for the Great Plains region at Semperis, you will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise accounts ranging from 2,000 to 8,000 users across Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, and Wisconsin. This role is critical to expanding Semperis’ market presence in the Central US and directly contributes to the company’s mission of being a Force for Good in cybersecurity by helping organizations protect their identity infrastructure.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with territory goals, building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. This includes qualifying marketing-generated leads, conducting discovery calls to uncover client needs, advising on appropriate Semperis solutions, and converting sales-qualified leads from the SDR team into closed-won opportunities while maintaining accurate pipeline visibility.
- • You will leverage trusted partner relationships and collaborate closely with the territory Channel Director to expand market reach through strategic alliances, ensuring a coordinated approach to account penetration and long-term customer success. Your efforts will focus on consistently building new pipeline, exceeding assigned growth targets, and proactively seeking out untapped opportunities in the region.
- • Success in this role requires deep expertise in enterprise sales methodologies, including territory planning and account-based strategies, with a proven ability to exceed quotas and drive sustainable business growth. You will bring a Challenger mindset—challenging customer assumptions, tailoring insights, and taking control of the sales process—to effectively position Semperis’ identity security solutions in competitive environments.
- • You will maintain current knowledge of Semperis’ evolving product portfolio, including Active Directory and Azure AD-related offerings, pricing models, and service updates, to ensure accurate and compelling client engagements. Additionally, you will foster long-term, trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams across sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity-focused sales
- • 6+ years of enterprise sales and prospecting experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and growing business
- • Active Directory, Azure AD, or identity-related sales experience is a plus
- • Strong territory planning and sales methodology expertise, including ability to develop and execute account-based strategies
- • Challenger mindset with ability to evangelize, advise, tailor strategy, and control the sales process from initiation
- • Demonstrated success selling into enterprise accounts and working across all levels of client organizations
