• • As an Enterprise Sales Director (Southeast) at dbt Labs, you will drive enterprise revenue growth by building and expanding the customer base across the Southeast region of the United States. This role is critical to scaling dbt Labs’ market presence in a high-potential territory, directly contributing to the company’s mission of empowering data teams with reliable, governed data at scale.
• • You will own the full sales cycle for commercial prospects—from initial lead generation and qualification through proof-of-concept (POC) implementation, negotiation, and post-sale utilization. You will organize and lead POCs for dbt Cloud Enterprise, collaborate with product teams to shape the commercial roadmap, and contribute to refining sales processes through cross-functional team projects. Success requires deep engagement with technical and business stakeholders, ranging from individual developers to CTOs, translating complex data concepts into consultative, value-driven solutions.
