- • As an Enterprise Sales Director for Semperis in Switzerland, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within the enterprise cybersecurity market. Your work directly contributes to Semperis’s mission of being a Force for Good by helping organizations protect their most critical identity infrastructure from cyber threats.
- • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with new and existing accounts across Switzerland, qualifying and managing leads from marketing campaigns and the SDR team, and progressing sales opportunities through the full lifecycle to closure. This includes conducting discovery calls to understand client needs, advising on appropriate Semperis solutions, and converting SQLs into closed/won deals while consistently building pipeline and exceeding assigned growth targets.
- • You will own market development in your territory through strategic alliances with trusted partners and collaboration with the territory Channel Director, ensuring a coordinated approach to account-based selling and territory planning. Your efforts will focus on developing and executing both territory and account-based strategies to maximize market penetration and long-term customer value.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise identity and cybersecurity sales, refine your Challenger-style selling approach, and gain experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. 🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or identity-related sales, with a proven track record of selling successfully into enterprise accounts.
- • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas and goals, with strong experience in territory planning, account-based strategies, and executing a Challenger mindset to control the sales process from initial engagement.
- • Fluency in French, Swiss German, and English is required, along with the willingness and ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and partners across the region.
