- • As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at Ambient AI Inc., you will play a critical role in helping win strategic accounts by translating technical capabilities into real business outcomes for enterprise, channel, and commercial customers.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Regional Sales Managers to support complex sales cycles, deliver compelling product demos and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences, lead technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements, and build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- • You will join a mission-driven team at Ambient.ai, the leading agentic physical security platform backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator, working hybrid from the Redwood City office three days a week with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and preventing security incidents before they occur.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in pre-sales engineering, strengthen your consultative selling skills, gain exposure to Fortune 500 environments, and contribute to product improvement by sharing field feedback with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical pre-sales role
- • Solid understanding of L2 switching, including VLANs, limitations of L2 vs. L3, and physical vs. logical network isolation
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
