📋 Description

• As a Sales Engineer for Enterprise Intelligence at AlphaSense, you will serve as the critical bridge between pre-sale technical implementation and post-implementation account rollout, ensuring seamless adoption of the company’s AI-driven market intelligence platform for enterprise clients.
• You will manage high-volume client implementations by developing detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams with account management, product, marketing, and sales, conducting regular progress meetings, creating client-specific training programs, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• AlphaSense is a trusted market intelligence platform used by over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500, and recently acquired Tegus in 2024 to expand its AI-powered content universe; the company is headquartered in New York City with over 2,000 global employees and operates offices across the U.S., U.K., Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland.
• In this role, you will develop and maintain comprehensive implementation playbooks, establish and monitor KPIs to drive data-informed improvements, partner with Account Managers and Adoption Specialists to drive value realization, and help shape the future of enterprise account management and support for a rapidly growing product offering.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager, or in enterprise customer success
• Experience with tools such as Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, or Catalyst
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to create and document scalable, repeatable programs from unstructured processes
