- • You will be an integral part of the sales team, working in close partnership with Enterprise Account Executives. Together, you will strategize and execute impactful sales campaigns, ensuring a seamless and compelling customer journey.

- • You will meticulously analyze customer use cases and pain points, collaborating with Account Executives to architect and present solutions that are perfectly aligned with their unique business objectives.
- • You will design and deliver captivating product demonstrations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and proofs of value that vividly illustrate DevRev's unique differentiators and the tangible business impact it can achieve.
- • You will play a key role in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), crafting compelling proposals that resonate with customer needs and articulate clear value propositions.
- • You will cultivate robust, long-term relationships with clients, establishing yourself as their go-to technical advisor, and ensuring a seamless transition to our Customer Success team post-sale.
- • You will excel at translating complex business challenges into scalable, elegant architectures and solutions that are fully compatible with the DevRev platform.
- • You will actively support the customization, integration, and configuration of DevRev solutions, working hand-in-hand with our Product and Engineering departments to meet specific client requirements.
- • You will provide essential early-stage onboarding support and be prepared to assist with issue resolution when necessary, ensuring a smooth initial experience for new customers.
- • You will lead and deliver impactful workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs, and collaborate with clients to co-create joint service offerings that maximize the value derived from DevRev.
- • You will be responsible for training internal sales teams on new product updates, advanced technical capabilities, and competitive positioning, ensuring the sales force is always equipped with the latest knowledge.
