  • • As an Enterprise Sales & Solution Engineer at PAR Technology Corporation, you will be at the forefront of empowering restaurant brands worldwide with cutting-edge technology solutions. You will be instrumental in supporting PAR’s enterprise sales strategy, acting as a pivotal technical and solution advisor throughout the entire sales cycle. This role demands a proactive and collaborative approach, working hand-in-hand with Sales Executives across Channel, SMB, and Major Accounts to strategically position PAR’s extensive product portfolio and ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to deliver highly compelling product demonstrations that vividly showcase PAR’s vision, its differentiated user experience, and the profound value our solutions bring to businesses. You will lead tailored demonstrations and intricate proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, meticulously aligning them with the unique, specific needs of each prospective enterprise client. This involves a deep dive into understanding their operational challenges and business objectives, and then translating those into tangible benefits that PAR’s technology can address.
  • • A key aspect of this role is to effectively educate prospects on both the business and technical merits of PAR’s integrated solutions. You will be expected to present with unwavering confidence to executive-level audiences, often in formal enterprise and boardroom settings, articulating complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner. This requires not only technical acumen but also exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • • You will serve as a critical technical partner to Sales Executives, actively participating in qualifying opportunities and providing essential technical expertise throughout the full sales lifecycle. From initial contact through to the closing of a deal, you will be the technical owner, responsible for overseeing system configuration, proactively troubleshooting any issues that arise, and expertly designing solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations. This involves a thorough assessment of customer requirements, mapping them precisely to PAR’s current and future product offerings, and ensuring a seamless integration path.
  • • Beyond the initial sale, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them through the evaluation process and into the crucial pilot phases. This involves fostering strong relationships built on technical credibility and a deep understanding of their operational workflows. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success, to architect solutions that optimize menu design, streamline operational workflows, and align perfectly with customer-specific needs. This collaborative effort ensures that the solutions implemented are not just technically sound but also operationally effective.
