- • Own the entire revenue cycle for Convey’s carrier-grade messaging portfolio across North America. You will be the single-threaded owner of strategic enterprise accounts—carriers, tier-1 resellers, value-add software providers, and Fortune 1000 enterprises—responsible for landing new logos, expanding wallet-share, and protecting renewals worth seven- and eight-figure annual contract values.
- • Prospect into greenfield carrier and enterprise segments using a disciplined, data-driven approach. Build and prioritize target lists, craft hyper-relevant outreach, and secure first meetings with C-suite and VP-level buyers. Convert cold leads into qualified opportunities by articulating how Convey’s SMS, long-code, short-code, and RCS solutions solve mission-critical messaging challenges around deliverability, compliance, and customer engagement.
- • Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles that average 6–12 months and involve procurement, legal, product, engineering, and finance teams. Map the buying committee, uncover technical and business requirements, and co-create solution architectures that integrate seamlessly with clients’ existing BSS/OSS stacks, CRM systems, and campaign orchestration tools.
- • Deliver board-level business cases that quantify ROI through cost savings, new revenue streams, and risk mitigation. Build bespoke pricing models that balance committed volume discounts with usage-based upside, ensuring every proposal is both competitive and profitable.
- • Maintain a real-time, forecast-grade pipeline in Salesforce. Log every interaction, update opportunity stages, and provide weekly commit forecasts with 90 %+ accuracy. Leverage dashboards to spot trends, refine playbooks, and share market feedback with Product and Engineering.
- • Act as the voice of the customer inside Convey. Relay carrier feedback on throughput, latency, regulatory changes, and feature gaps to influence roadmap priorities. Partner with Legal and Compliance to interpret evolving TCPA, CTIA, and 10DLC rules, ensuring every customer deployment is bulletproof.
- • Travel up to 35–50 % to client sites, trade shows, and carrier interconnect meetings. Build face-to-face trust with technical architects and procurement teams, negotiate master service agreements, and host quarterly business reviews that showcase performance metrics and expansion opportunities.
- • Mentor junior sellers and share winning tactics across the revenue organization. Contribute to RFP/RFI libraries, objection-handling sheets, and ROI calculators that accelerate deal velocity for the entire team.
- • Champion Convey’s culture of customer obsession and ethical messaging. Uphold our reputation for transparent pricing, proactive compliance, and white-glove onboarding that turns clients into lifelong advocates.
