- • As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Optimal Dynamics Inc., you will drive new logo acquisition and cultivate lasting relationships with enterprise-level carriers in the freight and transportation industry, directly contributing to the company’s growth during a pivotal phase following its Series C funding.
- • Day to day, you will identify and engage asset-based and for-hire carriers, execute consultative sales strategies with senior leadership, collaborate with Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams, manage CRM records in Salesforce, travel up to 50% for face-to-face prospect engagement, and proactively manage account health and customer advocacy.
- • Optimal Dynamics is a high-growth, remote-first company of ~70 employees built on over four decades of Princeton University research, backed by top-tier investors including Bessemer Venture Partners and Koch Disruptive Technologies, on a mission to redefine logistics decisions through data-driven freight and transportation planning solutions.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales within logistics, strengthen your ability to close complex deals, build executive-level relationships, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s market expansion while growing your consultative and collaborative sales skills in a fast-moving, innovative environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales
- • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain solutions
- • Four year degree or equivalent professional experience
- • Proven track record of collaborating across sales, customer success, and product teams
- • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with polished presentation abilities
- • Ability to work independently, remotely, and travel 30-50% for face-to-face prospect engagement
