- • As an Enterprise Sales Executive at SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by selling the company’s industry-leading Identity Security solutions to enterprise customers across Spain and beyond. This role is critical to SailPoint’s mission of helping organizations answer fundamental questions about who has access to what applications and data, positioning identity security as the central control point for enterprise risk management. You will be part of a globally recognized leader in identity security, consistently ranked by Gartner, Forrester, and KuppingerCole, and contribute to a culture that has been voted a 'Best Place to Work' for 15 consecutive years.
- • You will own the full sales cycle for your assigned territory, from initial prospecting and discovery calls to solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting high-impact discovery calls to analyze prospect needs, qualifying opportunities, developing and executing territory and account plans, collaborating with marketing and channel teams to generate leads, leading virtual teams of presales, partner managers, deal desk, professional services, and customer success to deliver tailored solutions, maintaining accurate Salesforce and Clari hygiene, forecasting revenue, and ensuring post-sale follow-up to drive customer satisfaction and expansion. You will also engage with customers and partners at all levels—from business stakeholders to technical decision-makers—to communicate SailPoint’s value proposition and differentiate it from competitors like Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt.
- • You will join a high-performing, globally distributed sales team that values collaboration, accountability, and initiative. SailPoint fosters a culture where success is achieved through teamwork, not individual heroics—you will act as the quarterback, aligning internal and partner resources to pursue opportunities strategically. - • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise identity security sales, refine your ability to navigate complex organizational structures, and master consultative selling techniques against formidable competitors. You will gain experience in strategic account planning, stakeholder mapping, pipeline development, and go-to-market strategy refinement—skills that are transferable and highly valued across the tech industry. Over time, you will have the opportunity to influence SailPoint’s market approach in Spain, contribute to revenue attainment, and build a track record of success that can lead to advancement into senior sales leadership or specialized roles within the company’s global go-to-market organization.
