📋 Description

• • As a Manager, Sales Development (German Speaking) at Remote Technologies Inc., you will lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on generating qualified sales pipeline in the EMEA region, playing a critical role in Remote’s growth by driving new business opportunities and nurturing future GTM talent.
• • Day to day, you will coach SDRs to meet outbound pipeline goals, develop team members’ sales skills, improve sales processes and content, collaborate with Sales Directors and Marketing on pipeline quality and campaign feedback, report on individual and team metrics, and hire and onboard new SDRs.
