- • Sell TeamDynamix’s enterprise SaaS solutions—including ITSM, ESM, PPM, and iPaaS—to corporate, higher education, healthcare, and state & local government organizations.
- • Generate net-new logo business by building relationships and closing deals with executive-level decision makers.
- • Utilize a hunter sales mentality combined with strong business acumen and technical aptitude to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor by conducting effective discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and align TeamDynamix’s platform with their needs.
- • Collaborate closely with a team of Sales Development Representatives to leverage a robust, qualified pipeline of sales opportunities.
- • Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers to demonstrate the value and functionality of TeamDynamix solutions to key stakeholders and technical evaluators.
- • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from initial prospecting through contract negotiation and closure, managing prolonged and complex enterprise sales processes.
- • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) with consistent, reliable sales forecasting.
- • Present solutions with polished, professional demeanor to committees of decision makers, influencing purchasing decisions across multiple departments.
- • Maintain strong written and oral communication skills to articulate complex SaaS capabilities clearly to non-technical and executive audiences.
- • Multi-thread multiple sales opportunities simultaneously while maintaining organizational rigor and attention to detail.
- • Travel up to 50% of the time to engage with prospects, attend industry events, and support client meetings as required.
- • Operate as a self-starter with a relentless work ethic, taking ownership of sales outcomes without direct supervision.
- • Work remotely within the U.S., adhering to flexible working hours while maintaining alignment with team goals and company priorities.
- • Participate in regular feedback sessions and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company expectations.
- • Engage in a flat management structure with approachable leaders who encourage open communication and feedback.
