  • • UiPath is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Financial Services (FSI) sector in Poland. This is a pivotal senior role where you will engage directly with C-suite decision-makers within top-tier enterprise accounts, both existing and prospective. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of UiPath's transformative automation solutions, fundamentally changing how businesses operate and achieve their strategic objectives.
  • • As a key member of our entrepreneurial and high-energy sales force, you will be at the forefront of delivering tangible value to our clients. Your mission will involve cultivating deep, trusted relationships with business leaders, process improvement heads, and automation champions, guiding them through the strategic implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) and broader intelligent automation platforms.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to analyze the potential of your assigned territory and market, developing and executing sophisticated sales strategies designed to maximize revenue. This involves a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, consistently achieving and exceeding agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the quarterly schedule.
  • • You will act as a brand evangelist for UiPath in the marketplace, expertly presenting, promoting, and selling our comprehensive suite of solutions. This will be achieved through a value-selling approach, focusing on educating customers on the profound financial and professional benefits our automation solutions can deliver. You will articulate how UiPath can enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve compliance, and unlock new revenue streams for their organizations.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is establishing, developing, and maintaining robust, positive business and customer relationships within your territory. This involves understanding the unique challenges and strategic priorities of each FSI client and aligning UiPath's offerings to address them effectively.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our Customer Success Manager (CSM) group to ensure clients derive maximum value from their UiPath investments. This partnership will involve facilitating the resolution of any customer issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • • To maintain a competitive edge and provide tailored solutions, you will continuously track industry competitors, emerging products, and evolving market conditions. This deep understanding allows you to anticipate and address a customer's specific needs with precision and foresight.
  • • You will be responsible for supplying management with comprehensive reports detailing customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential opportunities for new products and services. This feedback loop is vital for UiPath's product development and market strategy.
  • • Success in this role requires a research and data-driven approach to account planning. You will leverage insights to develop strategic account plans that identify key stakeholders, understand organizational structures, and map out engagement strategies.
  • • A high aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence, both internally and externally, is essential. You will need to navigate complex client organizations, developing key points of contact across multiple departments and leadership levels.
  • • You must possess strong critical thinking skills to solve complex customer problems and skillfully navigate deal roadblocks to bring opportunities to fruition. The ability to sell to a financial buyer, demonstrating clear ROI and business case value over mere features and functions, is paramount.
  • • You will be expected to utilize established sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, to ensure accuracy in forecasting and deal management.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Demonstrable track record of cultivating new relationships at C-Level, within enterprise-level accounts, preferably in the Financial Services (FSI) sector.
  • • Years of experience selling business solutions directly to top executives for large companies in the region.
  • • Ability to sell to a financial buyer based on value and a business case vs feature and function.
  • • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and cross-functional influence internally and externally.
