- • As an Enterprise Sales Lead - German Speaking at Valiantys SAS, you will serve as a trusted partner to C-level clients, driving strategic sales of high-value consulting and professional services that enable enterprise agility, digital transformation, and cloud adoption. This role is critical to growing accounts beyond €2M through consultative, value-based selling rather than transactional license sales.
- • Day to day, you will lead discovery sessions with senior stakeholders to uncover transformation priorities, develop and execute territory plans targeting new business in strategic accounts (75% focus), build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular C-level engagement, collaborate with consulting teams to design tailored service proposals, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting to support strategic account planning.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise sales transformation, master complex selling cycles involving multi-year consulting engagements, strengthen your ability to influence C-level decision-makers, gain hands-on experience with Atlassian solutions and accreditation pathways, and develop leadership skills through cross-functional collaboration and initiative-taking in process improvement and team alignment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7 years of experience in IT or professional services sales, ideally in consulting, cloud transformation, or enterprise solution delivery
- • Proven record of selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements (not software licenses) with significant prospecting activity
- • Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute account and territory plans based on data and market insights
- • Comfortable communicating effectively in English and German; French is a plus
- • Target-driven mindset with consistent ability to convert opportunities into results in a performance-oriented environment
