- • Own the entire go-to-market engine for Sierra’s AI customer-experience platform across your assigned region, carrying a personal quota north of $1 M ARR while simultaneously building and coaching a world-class enterprise sales team.
- • Recruit, hire, and ramp Account Executives who embody Sierra’s five core values—Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family—then create individualized development plans that turn high-potential reps into future directors and VPs.
- • Inspect every stage of the sales funnel—from first meeting to signed order form—using data in Salesforce and Tableau to spot leaks, remove friction, and accelerate velocity; partner with RevOps to maintain 95 %+ forecast accuracy and pristine CRM hygiene.
- • Jump into the most strategic deals as a “player-coach,” running multi-threaded campaigns inside Fortune 500 accounts, navigating complex buying committees that span CX, IT, Legal, and Finance, and personally quarterbacking pricing, procurement, and security reviews.
- • Architect repeatable enterprise sales motions that can be cloned across new verticals and geographies; document best-practice playbooks, objection-handling cards, ROI calculators, and mutual-close plans that the entire global team can leverage.
- • Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate real-time field intelligence into roadmap priorities, ensuring Sierra’s AI agents solve high-value, high-impact customer problems and generate measurable ROI within 90 days of deployment.
- • Evangelize Sierra’s vision on stage at industry conferences, in board-level QBRs, and through thought-leadership content that positions the company as the definitive leader in conversational AI for customer experience.
- • Model Sierra’s culture of Intensity and Family by balancing aggressive growth targets with empathetic leadership—running efficient weekly pipeline scrubs, celebrating wins loudly, and conducting blameless deal retros so the team learns faster than the competition.
- • Serve as the executive sponsor for the region’s largest accounts, forging C-suite relationships that expand Sierra’s footprint from initial use-case to enterprise-wide rollout, driving seven-figure expansions and multi-year commitments.
- • Champion diversity in hiring and team dynamics, ensuring the sales organization reflects the global customer base and brings varied perspectives that make our products more inclusive and effective.
