- • As an Enterprise Sales Leader at Notion, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s sales operations during its transition from startup to scale-up, driving revenue growth in the AMER region by leading a team of Account Executives to sell transformative software to large enterprises.
- • You will recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, managing daily operations, setting performance expectations, and fostering a culture of excellence while partnering with cross-functional teams in Sales Strategy, Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Commercial leadership to refine territory mapping, pipeline development, and customer onboarding.
- • Notion is a profitable, fast-growing company with over 100 million users, including major clients like Toyota, Figma, and OpenAI, and is committed to in-person collaboration through its Anchor Days policy (Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays in-office), offering a unique opportunity to shape the foundations of its sales-assisted motion and influence product development through customer insights.
- • In this role, you will achieve meaningful impact by helping define Notion’s sales strategy, elevating your leadership skills in a high-impact environment, and contributing to long-term growth by building scalable playbooks, refining the customer journey, and informing product roadmap decisions based on real-world enterprise feedback.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience as a direct sales leader or manager within Enterprise/Strategic Accounts
- • Proven track record of achieving sales targets both individually and across teams
- • Strong leadership skills with a focus on empowerment, collaboration, inspiration, and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
