- • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across the U.S. for KAYAK for Business, a corporate travel management solution under Booking Holdings.
- • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to product demonstrations, commercial negotiation, and contract closure for complex B2B deals.
- • Develop and execute tailored account strategies that engage key decision-makers including Travel Managers, Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align proposals, onboarding plans, and product feedback with enterprise customer needs.
- • Maintain accurate and detailed sales forecasting and pipeline reporting using Salesforce, ensuring visibility and alignment with organizational goals.
- • Represent KAYAK for Business at industry events, conferences, and executive-level client meetings to build brand authority and drive relationship growth.
- • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to provide actionable insights to product and commercial teams for strategic positioning.
- • Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients by delivering value-driven solutions that address compliance, cost savings, and user experience in corporate travel.
- • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of execution, accountability, and results-driven performance.
- • Adapt sales approaches to navigate multi-stakeholder procurement processes and close large, complex contracts with enterprise-level organizations.
- • Leverage data-driven methodologies to prioritize pipeline activities, forecast revenue accurately, and optimize conversion rates across the sales funnel.
- • Coordinate with lead generation and RFP management teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely responses to enterprise requests for proposals.
- • Travel occasionally to meet with clients, attend industry events, or participate in internal company meetings as required.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients by understanding their travel program challenges and positioning KAYAK for Business as the optimal technology solution.
- • Maintain compliance with internal sales processes, CRM hygiene, and reporting standards to ensure organizational scalability and performance tracking.
- • Contribute to shaping go-to-market strategy for KAYAK for Business by sharing customer feedback, pain points, and market opportunities with product and leadership teams.
- • Stay informed on evolving corporate travel regulations, policies, and industry benchmarks to advise clients effectively and maintain competitive advantage.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience selling enterprise travel solutions or SaaS travel management software in the U.S. as an individual contributor with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
- • Proven ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and navigate procurement processes to secure contract approvals.
- • Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-level and senior buyers in Travel Management, Finance, Procurement, and IT functions.
- • Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting, with hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and company gatherings.
