- • As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Delinea, you will drive net new revenue by selling the company’s industry-leading Identity Security Platform to large enterprise organizations, directly contributing to the mission of securing human and machine identities across global enterprises.
- • You will own the full sales cycle in your assigned territory, from prospecting and lead development to closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals, while collaborating with technical experts and executive leadership to articulate compelling value propositions and exceed aggressive sales targets.

- • What You'll Do:
- • Create and maintain a strategic territory sales plan and detailed account plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
- • Prospect aggressively to generate new contacts and sales opportunities within enterprise accounts (revenue >$500M) across your geographic region.
- • Proactively follow up on inbound and outbound leads who have shown interest in Delinea’s identity security solutions.
- • Partner with Delinea’s technical experts and solution architects to deliver accurate, compelling product narratives that address customer pain points and differentiate the platform.
- • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas through disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
- • Build, manage, and continuously refine a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce and Clari, ensuring reliable forecasting and deal progression.
- • Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners to expand market reach and enable co-selling opportunities.
- • Leverage executive networks and relationships within Delinea to gain access to C-level and technical decision-makers in target accounts.
- • Commit to ongoing learning and professional development in cybersecurity trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience as an enterprise software sales executive selling to companies with annual revenues exceeding $500M, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- • Demonstrated success selling cybersecurity solutions, preferably with experience in identity and access management or related security domains.
- • Proficiency in MEDDPICC sales methodology, Salesforce, and Clari, with the ability to develop and manage territory and account plans effectively.
- • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives and technical decision-makers, deliver high-impact presentations, and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for customer visits, trade shows, field events, and internal meetings such as sales kick-offs and QBRs.
