- • As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Adyen, you will drive strategic growth in Australia and New Zealand by acquiring new enterprise merchants and platforms, directly contributing to the company’s mission of being the financial technology platform of choice for global leaders like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft.
- • You will operate as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where integrity, customer obsession, and teamwork are non-negotiable — your success will be measured by your ability to build long-term partnerships that solve complex business problems through Adyen’s unified payments, data, and financial solutions.
- • Day to day, you will analyze market dynamics and ideal customer profiles to identify high-value prospects, craft tailored value propositions, and initiate outreach to enterprise decision-makers across industries.
- • You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, positioning Adyen’s integrated platform to C-suite and senior technology leaders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless handover to Implementation and Account Management teams post-close.
- • Collaboration is key: you will partner closely with Sales Support, Implementation, and Account Management to ensure consistent customer experience from prospecting through onboarding and beyond, while also engaging with technology partners and solution providers to expand ecosystem opportunities.
- • You will maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive hunting, strategic account planning, and relentless follow-up.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on hunting and closing large enterprise deals in Australia and New Zealand
- • Proven experience selling payment solutions, complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services to C-suite and senior stakeholders
- • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales performance targets in competitive, high-value markets
