  • • Generate sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling activities to meet or exceed monthly Sales Accepted Leads (SAL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) targets.
  • • Qualify inbound prospects according to agreed-upon criteria established with the sales organization to ensure proper lead routing and conversion.
  • • Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns targeting named accounts to drive new sales opportunities within the SaaS industry.
  • • Host hand-off calls or video meetings between prospects, Account Executives, and Solution Consultants to facilitate seamless transitions in the sales pipeline.
  • • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of 8x8’s product offerings, value proposition, competitive landscape, and customer pain points to effectively position solutions.
  • • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance prospecting efficiency, problem-solving, and collaboration during daily sales activities.
  • • Achieve and exceed weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics for prospecting activities including call volume, connection rates, and lead qualification rates.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional phone presence and the ability to initiate relaxed, effective conversations with new prospects daily.
  • • Articulate 8x8’s value clearly and specifically in alignment with each prospect’s unique business challenges and needs.
  • • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to listen actively, speak persuasively, and write clearly.
  • • Operate effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • • Embrace feedback and actively participate in formal training sessions, weekly ongoing coaching, and mentorship from ADR Leadership and seasoned sales professionals.
  • • Display a hunter mentality with relentless drive, grit, and scrappiness to compete, win, and continuously improve performance.
  • • Handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude throughout daily sales interactions.
  • • Maintain strong organizational skills to track, prioritize, and follow up on prospects and pipeline activities with precision.
