- • As an Enterprise Sales Manager at PermitFlow, you will lead a team of enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue and scale the company’s enterprise motion in the construction-tech industry, reporting to the Enterprise Sales Director and owning day-to-day execution, forecasting, and strategy implementation for high-value accounts.
- • You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, manage performance, foster a culture of accountability and trust, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals exceeding $1M in scope while driving net-new logo acquisition and expansion within national and roll-up accounts.
- • PermitFlow is an applied AI company transforming the $1.6T construction industry by enabling faster permitting, licensing, inspections, and project closeouts, having already impacted over $20B in development and backed by top-tier investors including Accel, Kleiner Perkins, and Y Combinator.
- • You will develop leadership and strategic sales expertise by refining scalable sales processes, building ROI-driven business cases for C-suite stakeholders, leveraging AI and modern sales tooling, and influencing go-to-market strategy through field insights and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, CS, and RevOps teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with 1–2+ years of management or team-lead experience
- • Proven track record of scaling sales teams, building repeatable systems, and exceeding ambitious revenue targets
- • Experience navigating executive relationships, procurement, and multi-division rollouts; comfortable leading deals over $1M+
- • Construction-tech experience strongly preferred; familiarity with home services contractors, GCs, developers, or adjacent industries (PropTech, InsurTech, Field Service software) a plus
- • Fluent in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and performance analytics; ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable plans
- • Skilled at surfacing operational pain points and building compelling, ROI-backed business cases for C-suite and board-level stakeholders
