  • • As an Enterprise Sales Manager at CapiMoney Technologies Inc., you will lead the acquisition of high-value strategic customers across CĂ´te d’Ivoire and the wider region, playing a critical role in expanding the company’s financial infrastructure for emerging markets trade.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle—identifying and prioritizing high-value corporate customers, building account acquisition strategies, engaging C-level executives and treasury leaders, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales processes, negotiating and closing large-scale partnerships, and driving long-term account growth through strategic advisory and wallet-share expansion.
  • • You will join a high-performance commercial team of approximately 100 people across 10 countries, known for being highly ambitious, execution-focused, and mission-driven, working to make global finance fairer and more accessible by enabling businesses to move money internationally with greater speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep market intelligence, represent Capi at industry events, influence product and go-to-market strategy through customer insights, and strengthen enterprise sales playbooks by collaborating with Compliance, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams—ultimately building one of Africa’s leading fintech businesses while advancing your impact in strategic enterprise sales.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, corporate banking, treasury solutions, international payments, trade finance, FX, fintech, or financial services
  • • Proven track record of consistently acquiring and growing large corporate accounts
  • • Professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential for engaging C-level stakeholders across CĂ´te d'Ivoire and the wider region
