- • The Enterprise Sales Manager will lead the acquisition of high-value strategic customers across Côte d’Ivoire and the wider region, playing a critical role in expanding CapiMoney’s footprint in emerging markets by enabling businesses to access fairer, more accessible global financial systems.
- • Day to day, the role involves identifying and prioritizing high-value corporate customers, leading complex sales cycles with senior executives, building and executing account strategies, conducting discovery sessions, developing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, growing strategic accounts through upsell and cross-sell, gathering market intelligence, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- • The commercial team at CapiMoney is the heartbeat of the company — a group of curious, driven builders focused on solving cross-border payment challenges for Africa’s most ambitious businesses, partnering with CFOs, treasury teams, and business leaders to transform international money movement through deep market knowledge and consultative selling.
- • In this role, the individual will develop executive-level credibility, master complex B2B sales in high-growth fintech, build long-term strategic relationships, influence product and go-to-market strategy through market insights, and contribute to building one of Africa’s leading fintech platforms while driving tangible economic impact in emerging markets.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, corporate banking, treasury solutions, international payments, trade finance, FX, fintech, or financial services
- • Proven track record of consistently acquiring and growing large corporate accounts
- • Professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential for engaging C-level stakeholders across Côte d'Ivoire and the wider region
