📋 Description
- • As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be the lead strategist for growing Trustengine’s footprint across the mortgage landscape by establishing new partnerships with Independent Mortgage Bankers (IMBs), Credit Unions, and Banks, helping lending institutions modernize workflows, increase pull-through rates, and better serve borrowers.
- • You will identify and build relationships with new enterprise lending institutions, work with executive leadership to understand their lending goals, manage the full sales cycle from outreach to multi-year agreement negotiation, maintain a predictable sales funnel using data-driven insights, and act as the 'voice of the market' for Product and Marketing teams.
- • Trustengine is a growing company focused on empowering mortgage lenders through its Mortgage Coach platform, aiming to drive digital transformation and loan officer productivity in a competitive market.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise mortgage sales, master complex deal structuring, influence product strategy through market feedback, and build a track record of securing multi-year agreements with major financial institutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- • 5+ years of enterprise account management or sales experience
- • Background in the mortgage or loan industry
- • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM tools
- • Track record of winning new business with large, complex organizations
- • Proficiency in MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, and Command the Message methodologies
